Connecticut Supreme Court Gives Gays Marriage Rights (Update2)

Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- The Connecticut Supreme Court ruled that same-sex couples have the right to marry, making the New England state the third after Massachusetts and California to allow marriage rights equal to those of heterosexual couples.

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Japanese investigators say that survival rates are better for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who never smoked than in NSCLC patients with a history of smoking. Other disease characteristics are different as well between the two populations.
